GRAHAM CRUST INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pack of graham crackers
- ¼ cup oil
- ¼ cup sugar <only as much as needed>
PUMPKIN PIE INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp allspice
- 2 eggs
- 15 oz pumpkin puree
- 12 oz sweetened condensed milk

- CRUST: Smash the 8 graham crackers until fine. Gradually mix in ¼ cup oil, then ¼ cup of sugar as needed. Press mixture into pan.
- FILLING: Beat 2 eggs lightly until smooth. Stir in: 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp allspice, 15 oz pumpkin puree. Then, stir in 12 oz sweetened condensed milk.
- Pour the filling into the crust.
- Bake on 425° F for 15 minutes, then 350° F for 40 minutes.

- Add milk to the crust for a smoother, more doughy crust — the crust in this recipe results in a hard, textured, cheesecake-like crust.
