Pumpkin Pie & Graham Crust Recipe

GRAHAM CRUST INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pack of graham crackers
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¼ cup sugar <only as much as needed>

PUMPKIN PIE INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 2 eggs
  • 15 oz pumpkin puree
  • 12 oz sweetened condensed milk

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. CRUST: Smash the 8 graham crackers until fine. Gradually mix in ¼ cup oil, then ¼ cup of sugar as needed. Press mixture into pan.
  2. FILLING: Beat 2 eggs lightly until smooth. Stir in: 1 tsp cinnamon, ½ tsp salt, 1 tsp allspice, 15 oz pumpkin puree. Then, stir in 12 oz sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Pour the filling into the crust.
  4. Bake on 425° F for 15 minutes, then 350° F for 40 minutes.
  5. Enjoy!

TIP:

  • Add milk to the crust for a smoother, more doughy crust — the crust in this recipe results in a hard, textured, cheesecake-like crust.
